Machine description

A cutter for taking grass and corn haylage and loading it into a feed truck with the function of cutting silage bales or straw.

Newly designed model from scratch based on the experience and testing of the previous version and on the advice of users .

Construction made of S355MC steel. The front blades are replaceable HB 500 wear-resistant steel, the side blades are welded, HB 500 wear-resistant steel. The side counter-knives are screwed on and also serve as a slide to guide the jaws, HB 500 wear-resistant steel.

Cylinder pins and jaws hardened. The main pin fi 50 screwed with a large plane to the side of the jaws, guarantees stability and a long emergency-free operation compared to other similar solutions in cutters….

Actuator pins floating, this means that both in the base and ears of the actuator are used brass bushings , the pin works and rotates and in the actuator eye and the base.

The base of the attachment of the front teeth in the jaw made of HB 500 wear-resistant stele guarantees us no deformation of the jaw during long-term use.

The heavy-duty actuator applied from the top of the jaws provides 40 tons of pressure each at 200 bar.

Mesh film gripper integrated with the main cylinders, that is, when you open the jaw to the maximum and hold, the film pressure paw opens, if you start to close the jaw, the film catcher jaw closes first.

Bottom tines fi 46 and length 980, together with precision-turned bushings on a CNC machine tool, provides us with the best stable mounting of the tines in a beam with a square profile of 100×100 mm and a wall of 10 mm. From the bottom welded side and middle slides for silo work.
